This week’s artifact from the Black Fives Foundation Historical Archive is a vintage 1940s basketball placard promoting “The Game of the Century,” which took place on February 24, 1946 in New Britain, CT, at the Stanley Arena, between the New York Renaissance and the New Britain Pros.
